Frequently Asked Questions
Time will vary depending upon the project and what it entails. For smaller projects the estimated waiting period is approximately 1-2 weeks to receive. For larger projects, such as new construction and/or additions, estimates will take approximately 4-6 weeks to receive. This is due to having to obtain estimates from our subcontractors and vendors.
To get a rough idea on the cost for your addition it is good to have a set of plans or drawings. We can discuss different options to get a better idea of what you are looking to achieve. We have the ability to draw some plans in both 2D and 3D view. If we do move forward with the preparation of your plans or drawings an additional fee will be applicable. Fee will be determined at the time of plan/drawing preparation
A typical bathroom remodel will take approximately 4-6 weeks, depending upon the project.
A typical kitchen remodel will take approximately 4 – 8 weeks, depending upon the project.
We can assure you that we are highly capable of completing each portion of your project. However, sometimes we need help from the subcontractors to complete specific portions of your project so we can concentrate on other aspects that require our immediate attention.
Frequently Asked Questions
We are licensed in both MA and RI and are able to pull a permit on your behalf.
Permitting costs vary depending upon the city, state, and cost of your project. We will pay the initial cost of the permit and in turn bill you, the customer directly, for reimbursement of these costs. Please check out your local Building Department website to obtain additional information
Yes, we are fully insured. Certificate of insurance can be issued upon request.
Yes, we can provide you with a Reference List of projects upon request.
