Every project begins with a $250 consultation fee for the initial review of your project and preparation of a budgetary estimate. This allows us to invest the time needed to discuss your goals and thoroughly evaluate your project. If you choose to move forward with us, that fee is credited toward your project.

We believe a successful project starts with clear communication, realistic budgeting, and a well-defined plan. Our process is designed to help you understand the scope, make informed decisions, and move forward with confidence.

Budgetary Estimate

We begin with a budgetary estimate to determine whether your budget expectations align with the scope of work. This gives you a realistic starting point before final design details and selections are completed.

Design Phase

If the budgetary estimate is approved, we move into the design phase. As a design-build firm, we provide in-house plans for our clients using Chief Architect software, allowing us to refine the project details and develop the information needed to move toward final pricing and construction planning.

Selections

Before final pricing can be completed, selections must be made for items such as plumbing fixtures, flooring, appliances, tile, lighting, and other finish materials. Because every project is different, we provide a project-specific selection list and guidance on where those choices should be made.

Formal Proposal

Once selections are complete, we prepare a formal proposal for your review. Your proposal includes project details, pricing, and the payment schedule so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
