I would like to start by saying how pleased I was with the job that was done on my skylight renovation project. Zak and Jake showed up as scheduled and before I knew it, the skylight was removed and the roof was closed up and shingled. They set up the staging on the inside before they left for the day and cleaned up all the outdoor debris. The following two days Carlos arrived, as scheduled, and sheet rocked and mudded the entire area. On day two he was here the entire day getting everything leveled, smoothed and dry before painting. He then wiped the floor and steps down to remove the powder from the sanding. It looks great. I felt he also went the extra mile, as he took all the staging down by himself, so I could have my living room back right way. Everyone was very nice to deal with, including the office staff. I have had a few renovations and an addition put on my home over the years and they have always done a fantastic job. I'm pleased to say that it is no longer raining in my living room.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

We used JB Cote Construction to remodel our kitchen and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone, from Bethany in the office, to each person working on the job, including the subcontractors, was extremely professional and made the whole process very smooth. They were all highly skilled and did a beautiful job. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

During the February 2026 snowstorm, we experienced ice dams that caused water intrusion into our first-floor ceiling and basement, and several restoration companies proposed extensive and very costly repairs. JB Cote took a far more thoughtful and conservative approach, opening walls and ceilings section by section to confirm the presence of damage before proceeding. The actual damage proved to be much more limited than initially suggested, and the repairs were completed at a fraction of the earlier estimates. Their crew was professional, skilled, and meticulous with daily clean-up, and management was honest, straightforward, and never upsold us. Working with them felt like having a trusted family member in the general contracting business. We plan to use them for a much more substantial construction project on our property in the near future -- an ADU. Highly recommended.

Can’t say enough good things about JB Cote Construction!! I’m a single woman who had an ADU built. During the entire process, I felt safe and confident that the owners and the whole crew had my best interest in mind. They walked me through every step of the process. The price they quoted included everything. They were kind, prompt, creative, professional, available, and did a fantastic job! So happy I found them!!!

JB Cote was able to build a beautiful staircase at my home which allowed me to get access to my backyard.

From the estimate (on time, great price) to the execution (professional crew, on time and on budget) JB Cote delivered what they said they would with excellent craftsmanship.

One of the challenges I had with getting this work scheduled was a lot of other contractors ghosted me. JB Cote arrived when they said they would, gave me a fair estimate, kept me in the loop on timing, scheduling, and material selection.

I will certainly consider them first for any additional work at my home.

The Cote family and their crew did a great job on my mini split system and some repairs. Communication is great and they show up when promised. Neat work with no mess. The hard part of getting a mini split price is the equipment used and the routing of the lines varies significantly . I have seen installations where it looks like an octopus is on the house and there are huge coils of lines behind the condenser. Cote construction took the hard route and routed the lines inside the house out of sight wherever possible even when it was extremely challenging to do. The pictures speak for themselves. I agreed on a routing that would have been much more visible and easier and they changed it on the day of installation to be much cleaner.

After a long period of debating whether or not to sell my home or to renovate my existing home, I decided to stay and hire JB Cote Construction To completely renovate, my kitchen and finish a room with a half bathroom in the basement. From our first meeting, Brian was very affable and easy to work with. His Experience in this field was clear from our first discussion. The entire team from Phil, Rui, Nate, Beth, Travis and Tyler treated my time, home and most importantly my son and I with respect and honesty. As the project progressed, they were very As I made several changes and additions to what we had initially discussed. As a small business owner myself, I can often be tough to please, but they accommodated my needs perfectly. They kept me up-to-date on changes with the schedule or on product availability, and even though I added many things, it only added a few extra days to the Original schedule. I’m very happy with the Completed work And I am already considering additional projects I may request their help with. I would highly recommend Brian and his team to Anyone that should need their services. Thank you all for a job well done.
